Job Summary
- Develop work plans, sales strategies, distribution, and promotional activities in the assigned area
- Execute and develop marketing strategies and market research (modern trade & general trade)
- Control and manage work programs as well as budget usage for distribution operations
- Be responsible for achieving marketing targets and conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Analyze and evaluate strategies and distribution program performance
- Build and maintain good relationships with the sales team and all internal company divisions
- Prepare and present performance reports to management
Requirements
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (preferably in FMCG distribution companies)
- Strong skills in planning, communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Able to implement sales and promotion programs effectively in the assigned area
- Strong leadership, disciplined, and able to work in a team
- Target-oriented, hardworking, and highly dedicated
