QAQC MANAGER
S1 Degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering
Job Summary
- Monitor and control incoming materials, in-process activities, and finished products to ensure they comply with SOPs and established lead times
- Ensure all implemented systems are followed consistently
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities through the established Quality Management System
- Responsible for overall product quality
- Follow up on customer complaints in accordance with the applicable SOPs
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation of Internal Audit Coordination
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Age 30–40 years old
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Preferably holds certifications or training related to Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (Good Manufacturing Practice for cosmetics), or other relevant certifications
- Experienced in internal auditing or quality management system development
