Job Summary
- Receive complaints or inquiries from end users, branches, and distributors in a timely manner
- Respond quickly, accurately, and proactively to all incoming complaints
- Handle product issues by classifying the type of complaint and providing the best solutions
- Ensure all complaint data is properly documented
- Maintain strong communication to build long-term trust and relationships
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relations and/or Customer Care
- Able to communicate in active English
- Good looking, good attitude, and excellent communication skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Able to work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and targets
- Highly initiative, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and responsible in completing tasks
